Extensive intern documentation of the processes.

Setting up new computers, Master Data Management in ERP Tool (SAP B1). Basic server management (automation with scripts), some troubleshooting for the users of BI Suite (Cubeware).

Teacher/Lecturer of General & Organic Chemistry to bachelor and master students. This included preparation for theoretical exercises and practical works and required adapting the answers depending on the level of the students.
