Responsible and accountable for the end-to-end delivery of application management services for a number enterprise accounts spanning a variety of disciplines, technologies and industries. In addition to this I am actively involved in driving growth and optimisation of HP Germany’s SAP AMS services organisation.

Responsible to for designing, implementing and delivering application management services for a large multinational customer using a combination of on- and offshore resources. In addition to this I was responsible for the service delivery of numerous smaller projects for a variety of international customers.

Worked as a senior business analyst within a large multinational team delivering highly complex CRM solutions to a wide range of industries/customers.

Responsible for managing a large, internationally distributed team that developed, tested and implemented one of Hewlett-Packard’s mission critical applications which is used to provide content to most of hp.com websites.

Responsible for a team of 20+ technical staff who delivered short timescale "quick-win" projects which collectively served over three thousand Hewlett-Packard employees on a day-to-day basis.

Fully responsible for the deployment, support and future development of an application used to manage a large percentage of Hewlett-Packard’s European customer deal information.

Responsible for the EMEA-wide rollout and support of a global partner portal application used to support and enhance the order tracking process for global partners.

Responsible for providing technical support to both partners and employees throughout EMEA for one of Compaq’s business critical eCommerce portal solutions.
