Dr. Franziska Rieß (she/her)

The Director Business Support is responsible for all finance related matters related to contracting, revenue (invoicing, revenue recognition, issue resolution, contract management), cash collection support, backlog/bookings management, revenue forecasting and functions as pipeline interface to Sales. In addition she/he manages and coordinates the development and improvement of processes and tools in cooperation with senior level management.

The Project Analyst coordinates and manages the implementation and standardization of measurable process improvements within the scope of clinical trials

The Director Customer Relations manages the office, logistic and business support team. She/he is responsible to build and maintain a high performance interdisciplinary team. The support and service provided by the team customer relation needs to satisfy the high expectations of the client as well as the interacting departments. The aim is to guarantee a smooth processing of financial, logistical and administrative aspects of the clinical trial at high communicative and organizational level.

The Operations Manager functions as interface between project management, office, logistic and upper management. Her/his main tasks are to guarantee a smooth processing of contractual aspects, maintaining the revenue forecast, coordinate division trainings, contribute to budget creation and reporting to upper management.

The Project Coordinator coordinates all processes contributing to successful clinical trial management.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, set up, management and coordination of a clinical trial project. She/he ensures that the client's requirements are met; the project is completed on time and within budget.
