Fred is currently leading the Regional Head Quarter China business project for Volvo CE. This involves the creation and setup of a new Sales Region within China. Due to the gloabl market conditions growing exponentially in China, the business deemed it necessary for a specific China Sales Region.

Chief Business Project Manager for Volvo Construction Equipment world wide to deploy SAP ECC6.0 finance solution. The scope entailed 28 legal entities and 19 first tier legacy applications.

Fred is currently involved as a Factory Master Program Manager in Volvo Construction Equipments global rollout project team for the rollout of 15 additional plants on the SAP ECC 6.0 Automative Solution platform; to compliment the existing 5 plants. The rollouts has a project plan of circa 2,5 years in total
