Coordination of all the departments involved in the progress of the projects : design office, purchasing, installation, commissioning and start-up. Responsible for the cash flow of all the projects. Responsible of the well organization of the department.

• Supervision and coordination of 15 designers • Management of external service providers • Management of technical communication with customers, suppliers and internal services • Drawing up of technical specifications

• Management of international projects • Coordination and liaison with all departments involved in the projects • Validation of technical selections • Contractual and financial management • Accountability for project and delivery timing • Accountability for profitability • Claims management • Management of site activities • Primary liaison with customers
