As Head of the CarLab Visibility, a mix of an internal Innovation Studio and In-House Design Agency, my job consists of launching new innovation projects based on a tailored exploration / acceleration process and supporting classical development teams with the design methodology (animation of workshops, user-testing, web/mobile UX/UI)

As Innovation Designer it's my job to create and test innovations in a short time frame, come up with PoCs and see if the ideas are feasible, desirable and viable. Innovation projects are often driven together as open innovation cooperations with startUps, universities or innovation agencies. Participated in two Start-Up Acceleration Programs within my role at Valeo Visibility. HAX, Shenzhen, China X-UP, Ecole Polytechnique Saclay, France

Participation in HAX Accelerator - Shenzhen, China // Pushed an ongoing project through the definition of a clear value proposition (#MVP). Recorded pitch for Frankfurt Motorshow and did internal marketing for product. Prototyping in Shenzhen created new insights and patentable solutions for further product development.

Participation in X-UP Accelerator - Ecole Polytechnique Paris Region, France // Creation of MVP via an 6 months acceleration, coming from a pure technology towards a concrete application including working prototype all done within the X-Up FabLab. Management of cooperation with North-American high-profile start-up.
