Frederick D. Bunsen

We presently teach classes in 3 areas of specialization: 1.) foundation art courses for adolescents, in some cases using English versus German as the primary language, 2.) adult training in painting and drawing, and 3.) professional prep courses for ongoing students of art and professional artists. Our pedagogic is based on the precepts of systems theory, phenomenology and the laws of differentiation in accordance with the school of the late systems theoretic, Niklas Luhmann.

I opperate presently in a position of counsel for the academy, having assisted in the founding of student exchange programs to the State Art Academy in Stuttgart and the School of Media and Design in Schwäbisch Hall, Germany. At the State Art Academy in Klausenburg (Cluj) I introduced studies of systems theory and its effects on communication within fine arts into the school curriculum. I maintain strong connections to Romanian artists in Transylvania (Siebenbürgen ).

Professional painting and graphics, creating fields of spacial depth in the context of modern art. Experience is used for researching the theoretical bounds in systems theory, theology, politics and art theory.
