I worked as a head of the Data Management department, reporting directly to the CTO at idealo, a leading European marketplace and price comparison service with over 800 employees located in Berlin, Germany. In the unit that I lead we were responsible for the data and analytics value chain at idealo and are 25+ members across the 4 teams Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence, Data Platform, Product Analytics and Data Science.

Founded a SaaS for creating web based social networking portals. Jinity had both a free and paid offering. Responsible for product conceptualization, development, operations and marketing. Achievements & KPIs: • Built Jinity from scratch. Ramped up hosting and operations. • Reached break even by acquiring paid customers through Google Adwords. • Over 10,000 social networking portals created.
