Profit / loss responsible for export projects within the energy field, mainly transmission lines and electrification for markets worldwide. The tasks included project development including financing, bid and execution of the projects. The office staff consisted of 20 persons; several hundred people were engaged at site.

Responsible for a group of experienced Sales managers of substation projects for export markets, project size up to 150 MUSD. Performed certification of Regional Engineering Centers.

Responsible for a global R&D funded program for the substations business of ABB. The program aims at a substantial productivity improvement and involves the rollout of a product-lifecycle-management (PLM) system in 40 locations. Project organization of more than 20 persons in three different countries, reported to Business Unit Manager and Division IS & Technology Manager.

Responsible for solutions and portfolio management. Managing business area Project Management reporting tool development and Project Management Development Program.

Responsible for the performance of ten Project Managers handling turnkey substation projects in markets such as Vietnam, U.K. and Middle East, annual turn-over 60 MUSD. Developing skills, core competencies and administrative tools for the project management process.

Starting with the trainee program, onto power transformers including design and project management for deliveries in Middle East and China. Moving into project management of substation projects, mainly Middle East. Project size up to MUSD 100.
