Developing Roland Berger Middle East as part of its regional management team- especially for restructuring/ transformation/ value enhancement/ M&A support/ growth strategy for industrial firms (e.g. oil/gas/ energy/ chemicals) and PE investing in respective areas - Main contact to clients e.g. CEOs, Board of directors, etc.

Responsible for identification of target companies, due-diligences - Business plans development including financial , strategic and market assessment e.g. Market study for Lubricants including financial feasibility, business set-up, supply agreement negotiation, etc - Evaluation and negotiation of take-over of manufacturing company including financial / legal restructuring - Assisted in starteding up 2 companies incl fund raising from Business Angels and term-sheet negotiation

Led multiple projects & teams in the Middle East and Europe regarding transformation and improvements of industrial & oil/gas/chemical firms

Responsible for the acquisition and implementation of turnkey projects and their P&L in North Africa and Middle East. Identification and development of business opportunities and department growth strategies

Managed and coordinated projects between technical department, commercial department, customer, suppliers and ministries - Also responsible for a ABB power sector cost reduction program
