The team (9 FTE) advises Encavis AM‘s institutional clients on acquisitions of renewable energy assets and offers a comprehensive suite of services ranging from asset sourcing, valuation, in-depth due diligence to contract negotiations.

Responsibilities encompass entire value chain of acquisition advisory for Encavis’ institutional clients. From initial asset sourcing and DCF valuation to comprehensive legal, technical and commercial due diligence to negotiation of SPAs and subsequent purchase of the target.

Managing an allocated portfolio of structured project finance transactions with a focus on renewable energy producers as well as large infrastructure projects. Duties include preparation of concise credit papers, in-depth financial analysis of projects in portfolio, financial modelling of debt capacities and debt sizing in Excel.

Responsible for product- and network management regarding cash clearing products for Financial Institutions and corporate clients. Responsibilities comprised but were not limited to: contract negotiation, market analysis, payment flow analysis, preparation of pitch materials, product maintenance, implementation of regulatory frameworks, maintaining and fostering client relationships.

Overseeing front to end trade flow for warrants, certificates, structured bonds and promised loans. Point of contact for Internal/external network and public distribution sales as well as Single/Multi-Stock/Index trading desks. Technical onboarding of clients and the subsequent setup of trade routing patterns. Rectification of trade-, settlement-, and accounting differences. All conducted within the relevant front, middle and back office systems of UniCredit.
