* Within the Strategy Department for Cabin Engineering, I was responsible for: - Drive the digital transformation of Cabin Engineering. - Lead strategic vision and improvement initiatives. - Manage data governance and financial performance cases. - Develop Lean digital projects within MyService. - Act as Scrum Master on selected use cases. - Oversee innovation governance for Airspace Explorer. - Expertise in agile methods, automation, and collaboration. Airbus Cabin - A321 XLR and Airspace. Coordination support for the project management department whose aim is to improve the profitability of the cabin for customers: - Gathering and analysing the datas linked to each project (deadlines, budget, costs, non confomities). - Drumbeating the project managers on their targets with clear dashboards and KPIs communicated during the follow up meetings. - Following the performance of each project and reporting to the high management. Tools: UPDev, ARM, GSuite.

Internal Missions: * Training process implementation (2021/2022) - Cooperation with MI-GSO team in Munich, France, UK in the creation and implementation of a new training process. Tools: GSuite. * Support for recruitement (2021/2022) - Communication about MI-GSO to my network. - Propose few profiles to MI-GSO. * Business developpement (2019/2020) - Provide KPIs to the client and business manager in order to vizualise the workload of the team and obtain new contracts. Coordination of Allianz - Germany project managers whose aim is to migrate the SAP tool: - Ensuring that the decommissioning of the system runs smoothly by analysing, monitoring and communicating data - Monitoring the goals of the project managers via dashboards and KPIs - Ensuring the successful migration - Coordinate of agile sub-projects and teams - Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive and kept within the timebox. Ensure the implementation/evolution of the information systems used by the parent company and subsidiaries: - Creating a new process to analyze/exploit the results of allergological surveys - Set up indicators shared between parent company/subsidiaries with a view to monitoring activities, in terms of Quality Control - Rationalization of analyses/indicators to monitor the performance of Cosmetic Vigilance service+highlight the Vigilance international network Tools: Tableau Software, MySQL, Excel, MS Access

The objective of this field is to train students with important multidisciplinary skills, biology, computer science and mathematics, necessary to work in the field of bioinformatics but also in the emerging field of systems biology. Because of its multidisciplinary teaching and its targeted sectoral focus, this field has only one track, Bioinformatics and Systems Biology.
