Continuous advisory proposals, various reporting to EIB.

Resident Engineer for the project “Construction of Bishkek City TB Hospital”, financed by Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ, Germany) through Kreditanstalt fur Wiederaufbau (KfW Germany) (Tuberculosis Control Programme V (TBV), The project aims to construct a new Tuberculosis Hospital of about 150 beds. The hospital has 2 floors and an attic.

Support to the EU Del. Of Sierra Leone for assessment of tender eval. procedure “Rehabilitation and upgrading of junior secondary school in rural areas in Bo, Bombali, Kenema and Port Loko districts” (EuropeAid/140048/IH/WKS/SL). A procurement procedure for a works contract with a total financial envelope of €8,700,000 divided into 16 Lots for the renovation/construction of 100 Junior Secondary Schools was launched by the EU Delegation in Sierra Leone. 105 companies and 212 offers were evaluated

Leading Civil Engineer in Romania for the project “Comprehensive feasibility studies for three regional Hospitals in Iasi, Cluj and Craiova – Romania TA2016079 RO HUB”. peparation of tendering designs for 3 hospitals of app. 120.000m2 each equipped with 900 beds of which 840 acute and 60 day-care beds. Project funded by European Investment Bank (EIB).

Participation in the project “Brawijaya University Teaching Hospital Construction and Equipment complement” as expert in hospital construction and rehabilitation, providing a report for assessing the actual situation and the needs of the hospital, studying quality and price aspects for the proposed adaptations in the infrastructure (Modular Building and Utilities)(desk + field study) – project funded by Enabel (Belgian development Agency).

Team Leader in Serbia for the project “Improving access for persons with disability and reduced mobility to public facilities on the local level”. The aim of the project is to improve the target groups’ access to public institutions by stressing and promoting accessibility as an important principle which indirectly enables their access to the rights exercised in local institutions.

Preparation of Methodology Report in the offering proposal for the project “Design and Supervision Consultant (DSC) for school reconstruction and retrofitting- DRSP/CLPIU(E)/DSC-01 providing an assessment of the actual needs and the development of the project planning for the reconstruction/construction of appx. 330 schools in Nepal – project funded by Asian Dev. Bank (ADB).

Team Leader supervisor (on behalf of the EU) for the design and construction of 20 municipal buildings in Kosovo. The project is funded by EU office in Kosovo.

Involved in various designs/consultancy & supervision services for the private sector, specialised in strengthening of structures using dry mix gunite and FRPs

Participation as an Expert Civil Engineer in two hospital projects in FYROMacedonia for continuous advisory-review activities during all Design phases of Shtip Clinical Hospital and (app. 30.000m2 260 beds) and "Mother Teresa" – Skopje” hospital (app. 70.000m2 new structures and 20.000m2 renovations – 700 beds).
