HMF Machinery and Service Industry & Trade Company is successfully executing distribution of HYUNDAI Excavators & Loaders and Forklifts in Turkey. The key responsibilities; •Increasing market share, arranging sales campaigns •Tracking sales performances of regions and sales representatives •Analyzing Competitors’ capabilities, following up their activities. •Preparing training documents to support sales team and dealers. (Sales Guides) •Preparing reports to evaluate new products

•Increasing market share and meeting targets for gross margin, revenue and brand equity of ‘Massey Ferguson’ and ‘Uzel’ branded parts •Maintenance of pricing integrity of MF parts •Establishing product range availability, evaluating product alternatives •Analyzing competitors’ capabilities, following up their activities •Arranging sales campaigns, tracking sales performances •Preparing marketing plans, preparing monthly activity report •Managing product updates on SAP ( Spare Parts Catalogue)

•Taking functional responsibility for production and planning •Overseeing the production process, drawing a production schedule •Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality •Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed •Observing and analysing production costs and accepting arrangements to keep cost at their lowest within set production targets •Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed •Supervising and motivating a team.
