Coordinating a team focused on BOM Management for Exterior Vehicle Body Parts. The responsabilities from prior position within the company, were expanded by addition of new responsabilities consisting of daily workload management and tracking, technical support on complex issues within the team/project.

Planning and creating bill of materials. Administrative approval and change management control. Planning special logistics and colour options. Administrative support for the construction department. Pre-production test execution.

Creating technology plans. Release production orders according to the schedule created and based on the available capacity. Establish and monitor safety stock levels for raw material inventories and spare parts. Establish and negotiating prices for the processed parts to the external supplier. Identify opportunities for cost reduction through changes in process flow. Identify and solve constraints within the manufacturing process. Optimise capacity with minimal inventory to ensure on time delivery.

Database administrator. Responsible for compiling, managing and sorting data from Schaeffler's IT systems according to current rules and standards. Responsible for the qualitative verification of existing data Working in migration projects and Rollout projects by taking over tasks for data compilation, data sorting, and data processing.
