Currently working in the offshore investments IT team where I have the opportunity to develop solutions in the Calypso system using Java and functional features, while communicating with people from different countries and companies. As a cloud evangelist, I'm currently teaching my colleagues (more than 40 people) a course about Cloud Computing, emphasing AWS, its benefits, services and best practices.

I Architected, planned and developed solutions in the corporate payment context, using SAP and Amazon Web Services.

Experienced in the controlling and coordination of call centers, both internal teams and third-party service companies. I automated tasks and alerts to keep the availability of the operations and ensure the best service and lowest impact to the customers.

Developed several automations using Visual Basic Applications (VBA), which greatly increased the team performance and reliability by reducing manual and repetitive tasks. Created managerial reports and dashboards, both real-time and, batch, that allowed better operations tracking and resource allocation.
