CBRE Projects supports local facility management teams, as well as Advisory Division by providing an off-account team for turnkey project or program delivery as principal contractor. CBRE holds all project contracts, takes in project risks and is responsible for procurement and finance work related to project or program delivery. Client benefits include speed to market, time and cost savings through direct procurement of materials and services, as well as the administrative and risk shift.

Responsible for all Real Estate Leasing operations of the Austria-based company in Romania.
