Achievements: - Active participation in the development of a sustainable technical proposal for the acquisition, installation and commissioning of a Crude Palm Oil Refining Plant and a Fractionation Plant for obtaining palm olein and stearin from RBD palm oil.

Achievements: - Design of the raw material and finished product weighing system tanks in the refinery. - Active participation in the design and engineering during the assembly of the refining plant (Bleaching, Refining and Fractionation sections). - Start-up and commissioning of the Bleaching and Physical Refining plants for the production of refined RBD palm oil suitable for human consumption. - Start-up and commissioning of the Fractionation plant, for both low oleic and high oleic oleins.

Achievements: - Startup and development of the new fractioning plant for obtaining the two RBD palm oil fractions: olein and estearine. - Startup and development of bleaching and physical refining plants process for obtaining edible vegetable RBD palm oil suitable for human consumption. - Elaboration of operating manuals for bleaching and physical refining sections. - Training and development of all operator staff.

Achievements: - Active participation in the design, installation and commissioning of a new vacuum system in the refining section of the plant which resulted in a reduction of 35% of the working pressure steam in main boiler and 15% in the stripping steam consumption of the deodorizer equipment.

Achievements: - Active participation in the development of new table and industrial low fat margarines. - Installation and tuning of a wraparound machine for table margarine.

Achievements: - Development and implementation of administrative procedures to improve and increase efficiency in business accounting control.

Achievements: - Team leader who served during the launch of the new line of Extruded Cereal, participating as a liaison between the group of British technicians and national production staff, both in the general education management teams and in further training staff worker. A manual of operation was elaborated. - Active participation in improving the characteristics of the coating syrup in the sugary flakes final product, through the introduction of new process parameters.

Achievements: - Design of a CIP (Cleaning In Place) system including operating parameters, which allowed to reduce cleaning time of 4 manufacturing lines by 35% and in turn and minimize microbiological problems that were presented to date of study.
