Drove transformation for future readiness and managed distribution, logistics, demand planning and people for 10 markets (Germany, UK, Ireland, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Netherlands & Austria). Set up and stabilized distribution and logistics operations of the newly founded company Organon (after spin-off from MSD) in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Oversaw organisational activities related to two direct reports, including goal alignment, ongoing performance management, and mentorship. Managed operations in MER region for serialisation and budget maintenance to lead supply chain projects in Austria and CEE Regional Distribution Centre (RDC), covering 14 markets served by CEE RDC. Acted as Logistics Operations Lead and 3PL supervisor to spearhead and deliver regional supply chain management projects in Austria, Greece, Malta, and Cyprus.

Monitoring and reviewing the actuals vs budget and challenging the costs, taking into account people, compliance and safety; Providing compliant distribution and logistics services for all products; 3-months-assignment in Senegal with a local NGO with the goal to improve and strengthen the public health supply chain in 10 West African countries;

Responsible for managing all 3PL related warehouse operations; Providing/facilitating problem resolution on any topic related to 3PL logistics and not limited to process improvement, special projects, inventory, order management, procurement and transportation; Special Projects: Successful SAP implementation for the Austrian organization
