Managed and directed international bids, budgets and negotiations for projects ranging from US$5 MM to US$150 MM in the transportation and rail, cable car and aeronautical infrastructure sector, including projects in Panama, Dominican Republic and Ecuador. Managed the preparation and submission of bids for EPC (engineering, procurement, installation and construction) and maintenance contracts resulting in the award of key contracts.

I led the execution of the project “Sistema de Control y Venta de Títulos de Transporte del Teleférico de Santo Domingo Línea 1 y en 25 Buses OMSA”, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the company and meeting customer expectations. Developed effective change, configuration and release management policies, minimizing risks and delays related to the interoperability of the collection system (phase 1) between two transportation operators (OPRET, OMSA).

I supervised and coordinated the preventive and corrective maintenance of ATP and electronic systems onboard for EMU series 1 and 2 trains, guaranteeing 98% operational availability in the units. Managed the maintenance planning and budget for more than 20 units, optimizing resources and reducing operating costs by 10%.
