- Optimisation of over-expression (batch scale) and purification of recombinant enzymes using ion-exchange chromatography and HPLC. - Establishment of in vitro kinetic assays for high-throughput testing of synthetic analogues of uracil on enzymatic activity of purified dUTPases. - Holder of Marie Curie Training Fellowship, member of the multinational European Consortium “Cell Factory” of 5th European Framework Research Training Program.
