Worked as a Senior Executive Recruiter/Researcher for Masco’s in-house Executive Search function. Undertook recruiting for positions at leadership and executive level and difficult to fill positions. specializing in Legal, Human Resources, Marketing and General Management functions. Led the recruitment drive into the emerging markets. Recruited for executive level positions in China and India. Saved Masco over $2 million in search fees.

Recruitment of Attorneys for both Law Firms and Corporations. Major clients included: Michaels Ward & Rabinovitz, Bernstein Global Wealth Management, De Shaw, Crane Asset Management, ACA Compliance Group, Juwi Solar and Microstrategy.
