Foster Knowledge Sharing locally and between Novartis sites for work environment. Set up and leading a community of practice with experts for “Workplace” from Basel, East Hanover, Cambridge and Shanghai. Consulting construction projects: user perspective and functionality.

Service includes Knowledge & Change Management and HSE for construction projects.

Set up a change process to foster a new culture of communication, collaboration and interaction in the new Campus work environment. Advise and facilitate change implementation by closely collaborating with line management, team representatives and project teams. Collect and share experience with open work environment (multi space concept) for office and lab work environment
