I was in charge to hire and manage a team spread up at International. The team was in charge of managing Internal Systems of Information in our International offices (Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Korea, Brazil, France, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Spain, Italay, ...). The team was also in charge of maintening our production Data Centers (Adserving, Mail, Data base ...) in Europe, Asia and Latin America. 20 employees were reporting to me.
