•Manage the interface & ensure information flow between the Global Sourcing Team & EADS Employment Marketing (EM). •Implement & manage long term and ad-hoc advertising / media campaigns Provide support & raise awareness of specific cross-divisional / transnational recruitment campaigns. •Manage interface with external Communications Agency. •Actively participate in EM project meetings & working groups for web, social media, industry events, career fairs. •Develop, review, validate content for media camp

•Identify candidates for Airbus’s vacancies in Germany, France and Spain. •Publish adverts, source candidates on job boards and social networks. •Conduct first contact interviews and pre-selection of candidates in German, Spanish, English and French. •Set up recruitment events, i.e. ICT Graduate Days. •Conduct volume recruitment activities – A350 Project (send 50 stress/design candidates every week).

•EADS Juniors Programme Manager: manage and develop the EADS follow-up programme for the best interns of the group. In charge of recruitment, communication campaign and the organisation of seminars and activities. •Recruiting Events Manager: manage and organise 7 large recruitment events: more than 2000 students selected and invited. In charge of the overall organisation and communication of the events internally and externally. Set-up and develop successful marketing actions to attract students in France
