Server Engineer : maintaining all Windows and Novell servers including backup and restore, maintenance, upgrades, updates, installation and troubleshooting. Also performed 3rd level desktop support.

Network administrator for a small IT Recruiting company. Solely responsible for all server related work, backup and restore of servers, maintenance and updates. Responsible for creation, deletion and maintenance of all Exchange e-mails accounts. Desktop support for all users including, software installation, troubleshooting issues, printing and hardware.
