Industry Leaders relative to engineering-deployment of IBM AS/400 iSeries Time & Attendance Software/ Hardware, e-Clocks and Laser Hand-Punch equipment. Responsible for all software customizations (and improvements to the original software) related to the Iseries product line. Environment: RPGIV, RPGLE (all on the IBM Iseries).

Responsible for the conversion of legacy based systems (Iseries RPGLE) to gui applications (Visual Age) for the Agent Center (Citrix) and Home Office. Responsible for the programming and implementation of new insurance plans and interest rate changes. Developed programs to automatically change the source code to externalize program described files (which greatly shortened the duration of the project). Environment: RPG, RPGIV, RPGLE, and Visual Age RPG (all on the IBM Iseries).

Project leader on a variety of projects in the areas of finance, product fulfillment, order entry, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory. Became proficient in J. D. Edwards World and One World software as well as J. D. Edwards companion product OPTIO for forms design. Provided critical contributions during Nelco’s conversion of its legacy systems to J. D. Edwards World and One World systems. Serve as main technical resource on the AS400 and OPTIO software. Environment: RPG, RPGIV,

Project Leader on most projects. Coordinate, supervise and train staff consultants and temporary subcontractors. Design systems, provide time estimates, program, install and support software for a wide range of companies in Wisconsin. Applications include manufacturing, financial, accounting, service, government, and insurance, written in RPG 400, RPGII and COBOL 400.
