-Member of the start up and commissioning team at Ain Sokhna plant. -Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance during operation and shutdowns. -Creating maintenance procedures. -Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts. -Supervising technical staff. -Organizing teams to make sure 24-hour cover is available. -Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns. -Fault finding during production. -Assessing need of spare parts and mechanical supplies stocks ( Using SAP )

1- Performing jobs on rigs with Stands Handling System “SHS” device. 2- Responsible for maintenance of the power tong and diesel power pack at the site. 3- Make up tubes using the power tong and the JAM unit. 4- Site management and dealing with the owner representative directly.

1- Installing off-set printing machines like HEIDELBERG and GOSS. 2- Routine maintenance and on call service. 3- Member of the maintenance team for machinery refurbishment.

1- Receiving cars from clients. 2- Performing diagnostics on cars and determining necessary repairs. 3- Controlling the implementation of procedures.
