I am working as Engineering Team lead for handling the Identity management of the bank using Dell One Identity Manager as the strategic solution. My responsibilities are: •Analyze business requirements and prepare the design/proposed solution. •Implement enhancement requests and development for continuous improvements (back-end and front-end development). •Optimize the solution to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of services. •Ensure smooth problem management and incident management.

As a soltion consultant and a member TCS CoE I was responsible for the following activities: • Solution designing and Consulting • Responding to various RFPs • Implementing the POCs, • Solution Consultation for various customers, • Presenting the solution to clients in UK and Europe, • Setting up IAM lab in Amazon cloud for demonstration to clients. • Conducting internal training for team using IAM lab.

Worked as a senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) to upgrade and migrate the Identity and Access Management infrastructure of the bank using NetIQ Identity and Access Management solution.

Worked as a Technical Lead to implement User Life Cycle Management solution for Holcim and its operating companies using Oracle Identity Manager. My main responsibility was to lead the team technically and meet the strict deadlines.

Worked for implementation, restructuring and maintenance of Identity Management infrastructure for National Health Service (NHS) using Sun Identity Manager. My main task was analyse the new requirements and implement the same.

Worked as a Developer to implement the Identity Management solution for National Health Service (NHS) using Sun Identity Manager. My task was to understand the Sun Identity Manager framework and implement the new requirements by the customer. In addition, my resposibilty also included exploring Sun IDM and training rest of the same.
