Cost controlling of Logistics, corporate Shared Services, Selling and Administrative expenses for two legal entities (Valeo Wipers Systems and Valeo Front End Modules) in the plant Bietigheim. - Day-to-day monitoring of costs - Monthly forecast of costs evolution at 3 months - Longer term cost planning for monitored departments: Construction of Year Budget and 5-years activity plan - Performance analyses for group reporting (Valeo 5 Axes)

Financial Planning and Analysis with a focus on operational expenses, including that of 3 subsidiaries of the bank in the French islands (Martinique, Guadeloupe and Reunion / French Polynesia) - Monthly preparation of the closing package for personnel expenses and sales costs for mainland. - Daily monitoring of the costs and consolidation of islands subsidiaries and mainland.

Implementation of fixed assets accounting software (SAGE 1000) Implementation of IT tools in the payable department of 4 GEMB entities (e.T&L, P-card) Production of operational reportings for the management team (PO compliance, T&L expenses) Creation and implementation of an automated system of Purchase Orders (PO) approval in 3 GEMB subsidiaries in the French Islands (DOM)
