- Screened and selected CVs for recruitment, carried out interviews and assessed whether the interviewee was fit for the position - Presented and wrote the business plan for our LIV-Academy project (internship proposal to university students) - Responsible for coaching 27 Vietnamese employees in English to improve their proficiency in the language

- Responsible for member recruitment, tracked team performance, member contribution and personal development - Organized weekly meetings and coupled them with soft skill training (communication, public speaking, team bonding) - Attended conferences (MAXIS 2016, Train the Trainers and IC 2016)

- Managed the stock of surgical instruments through classification, organization and re-arranging of containers - Updated and maintained inventory lists for efficient and precise use of the whole team

- Developed Leadership by leading a team of 7 members (3 in Marketing, 3 in Customer Service and 1 Talent Manager) - Responsible for organizing team meetings, planning activities and producing results (in numbers of people that the team have successfully sent abroad for exchange): 6 exchanges completed
