Business Support Manager:: The main objective of my portfolio was to establish a centralized Procurement and Administration department, to develop and implement Policies, Procedures & strategy related to Region's Procurement & Administration, in addition to supervising and overseeing all Event Management related to the company and its participation in congress, conferences, Product Launches for the region.

To support the Marketing Department by providing administrative back up and office management. Coordination of all marketing / administrative functions related to the marketing department.  Monitoring the procurement in all sections of the company’s activities.  Ensure Cost rationalization in all the procurement activities conducted by the Company and its representation offices.

• Coordinate with the customer on inquiries by liaising with Airlines, shipping lines and overseas agents on the status of the incoming and outgoing shipments. • Update the related department on the status of the shipments. • Prepare all documentation and approval for continued transit through Road / Sea / Air mode. • Maintain regular contact with the Customer, Airline, Ground Handling Agents, Government & Customs agents
