Following the merger between Subsea 7 & Acergy leading the integration of the companies in Africa & Gulf of Mexico. Responsibilities include establishment of new organisation, managing of change to personnel, systems and processes and establishing a common way of working.
Responsible for the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) function across the company based in London. Establishing HSE and Quality strategy, focus on HSE leadership and functional report to HSEQ personnel across the company (300+ persons).
Managed large Engineering Procurement and Construction in Africa whilst being based in Paris projects with revenue up to 350M$ and project teams of 50-100 persons. Responsible for profit and loss of the project.
