Planned migration process, created "roadmap" (used test virtual environment). Migrated SharePoint "with detach" from version 2010 to 2013, and Brightwork Templates from v.9 to v.12 accordingly. Encountered some errors related with Brightwork, resolved them together with Brightwork support specialists. Optimized SharePoint performance (used "IIS Warm-up" powershell script, and other tweaks). Fix issues and add some changes to make SharePoint more convenient for the end users.

Troubleshooted SharePoint 2007 system with 480GB of data and ~1800 users (41 site-collection and different webs in Content DB). Created farm description. Analyzed hrd./sft. requirements (including best-practicies for SQL Server in SharePoint farm). Turned off detailed log and set Search Crawl to night, that reduced the load on server. Fixed errors in approval workflows and notifications and enabled end users to do their work more effectively. Virtualize existing system and migrate it to Hyper-V environment

Worked in team with two peoples, planned and deployed two separated SharePoint portals (intra and extranet) for electronic electricity meters manufacturer. Developed custom web-service on .NET C# for data synchronization between these portals (documents synchronization). Handled disaster recovery: maintained backups of SharePoint farm on different levels: selective webs using stsadm, content DB on SQL layer, and whole VM’s (using scripts). Automated reports collection process with custom tool on .NET C#.
