Working closely with the group CFO based in Switzerland and reporting to the local branch Managing Director. Responsible for the financials of three group entities, one in Singapore and two in the Emirates. Leading the financial team, my principle activities included the financial management of multi-billion dollar projects, entities financial duties and restructuring of the business activities.

Based in Zurich reporting to the Vice President of Finance and Controls and leading a team of 7 people. Responsibilities comprised delivering a range of specific services to the Sales Department. Specifically responsible for evaluation, advice and approval of all key financial issues relevant to commercial issues for International Projects at tender phase (This includes Bonding, Letters of credit, Insurances, Taxes, inflation, Cash flow analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, etc)

In charge of all financial issues relevant to Litwin’s main Business Unit (namely “Industries & Services”). Based in Milan and leading a team of 7 professionals, my scope of work consisted of managing Treasury, Budgeting, Cost control, Accounting, legal & fiscal matters. I was also in charge of several branches & subsidiaries based in Europe and the Middle East (Switzerland, Italy and Saudi Arabia).

Based in Paris and leading a team of 4 professionals, my scope of work consisted of managing $165 million on the foreign exchange market, $17 million of bank guarantee facilities, $15 million of overdraft protection, $282 million of long term loans, and a global cash flow of $310 million. I was also responsible for relations with the bankers, reporting to the shareholders, and development of various projects including international cash pooling, “Leveraged Buy-Outs”, and “Mergers and Acquisitions”.

In charge of the finance and administration department of the Angolan subsidiary. Based in Angola, leading a team of 7, my responsibilities consisted of managing and developing all the financial functions. This involved, project control, treasury and responsibility for the whole accountancy function of the local subsidiary. Other tasks, such as the local administration of offshore personnel, also formed part of my responsibilities.
