- Responsible for the customer order fulfilment in Germany (11/2000 – 08/2006) - Project leader for the fulfilmentunit Dortmund: Work out of the fulfilmentunit concept, get approval of 75 Mio. EUR investment), realization of the unit and start up (9/2000 – 08/2004) - Site responsible (270 co-workers, 5 department heads (01/2003 – 08/2006) - Integration of customer distribution fulfilment Netherlands and Belgium into the fulfilmet unit Dortmund (01/2004-05/2005)

- Responsible for the integration of the customer distribution for Germany into the existing fulfilment unit at Werne - Analysis and improvement of the total logistic chain from supplier to the customer and establishment of a continuous improvement process for customer distribution in Germany

- Participation in the global project "On-line warehouse at IKEA" - Responsible at wholesaler for co-ordination with Retail Germany for sales adapted order management - Data analysis for the extension of the fulfilment unit at Werne
