Support the top management on optimizing the global holding structure from tax and operational perspective • Development of investment strategies and group policies • Management of operational risks, controversy and relationship with the stakeholders • Leading group reorganization projects and optimization of functions within the group • Oversee all income tax compliance/operation activities of the group • Monitor, review and advice on transfer pricing within the group

Responsible for Group’s tax matters worldwide; reporting to the Group CFO and CEO - Development of tax planning strategies of the Group - Leading Group reorganization projects - M&A projects; mainly in relation to due diligence and tax planning - TP compliance and optimization of the operational model - Management of corporate tax compliance, VAT, WHT, FATCA/CRS of the Group entities - Management of tax risk, tax controversy and relationship with tax authorities

• Advice on international tax implications for multinational companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions as well as financing and holding activities; • Tax and strategic transaction advice; • Tax structuring advice (Luxembourg and cross border); • Pre and post completion tax planning; • International tax due diligence; • Review of sales and purchase documentation from a tax perspective; and • Tax compliance.
