Georg Trapp

Georg Trapp is a certified and ICF trained Executive and Life Coach, Trainer and Facilitator. Georg's background coupled with his enthusiasm, insights and belief in the value of what each individual can contribute enables him to meet people on their own terms and to identify strongly with diverse team types. In his nearly 20 years in South-East Asia, working with international clients and managing a multi-cultural team, he has gained familiarity with Thai and Asian culture and tradition.

Driven by my enthusiasm, insights and belief in the value of what each individual can contribute to a team I help with the exploration of new perspectives, ideas and approaches to resolve misunderstanding, conflict, tension or deadlock. Once resolved I support my clients to tap their potential and channel any insights and learning to create new possibilities for growth and development.
