Dr. Georg Vielmetter

I advise boards and C-suite members in multiple aspects of strategic, future oriented leadership, and work as an advisor and business coach to top executives. I am a member of Mubea's strategic advisory committee, a member of Mubea's Management Board, and the head of Mubea Group's management academy. As a speaker, I am regularly present at international management conferences; as an author, I publish in German and international business journals, predominantly on leadership topics.

I was responsible for Hay Group's Leadership & Talent Practice in EMEA, consisting of the capability assessment, leadership transformation, and talent management service lines in 20 countries in Europe. As a member of Hay Group's European Leadership Team, also directed the cross-practice collaboration between the Leadership & Talent, Reward, and Building Effective Organizations Practices. I also advise and coach top business leaders and speak regularely at conferences and events.
