- Perform market structure analysis within the consortium project of IAMO and The World Bank, funded by Volkswagen Foundation; - Analyze Kazakhstan grain market structure with the focus on the grain processing industry; - Apply structural econometric models by utilizing price and quantity cross-section datasets using STATA and SAS software; - By combining Kazakh grain market structure and empirical results evaluate the existence of oligopsony market power in Kazakhstan grain supply chain;

- Maintain monthly growth of 10% of $20K-$250K personal SME business portfolio; - Carry out ad hoc analysis, providing credit risk insights of the businesses and recommendations to decision-making committee for optimal loan approval to potential stakeholders; - In cooperation with legal department coordinate legal documentations related to loan and collateral/mortgage contracts; - Assess credit losses and the portfolio risk exposure and forecast portfolio profitability on monthly basis.

- Oversaw $30K-$500K SME business portfolio, developed lucrative relationships with bank clients; - Evaluate financial performance of potential business borrowers based on Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements; - Execute loan projects and present it to decision-making committee consisting of the Branch Director and risk managers for approval; - Assure minimization of portfolio risk, monitor the repaying process of the clients and delinquencies.

- Attract new prospective clients by offering various bank credit products up to $10K; - Assess creditworthiness of existing or prospective customers based on their financial performance; - Evaluate client's business for further loan approval at the risk management committee; - Monitor registration and disbursement process of the approved loans; - Management and regular monitoring of disbursed loans in personal loan portfolio; delinquency management.
