Recruited to develop, organize and establish the Corporate Engineering Function for Titan America on a zero-basis. Leading teams of senior engineers and specialists in the areas of project management, technology, process & quality, environmental, and business development, to support business growth and assist all Titan America businesses achieve operating excellence. Position reports to the Titan America CEO.

Responsible for all manufacturing activities and capital investments, managing 135 employees in a Union environment. Responsible for financial and production budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, profitability improvement, sales support, reliability, and public relations. Position reports to the Mid-Atlantic Business Unit President.

Responsible for all maintenance & engineering activities, managing 90 employees. Improved overall performance of maintenance and engineering departments, increased equipment reliability, executed significant equipment upgrades (annual CAPEX budget $15MM+), & assisted operations meet the increased sales demand. Responsible for all maintenance & engineering activities managing 48 employees. Improved overall performance of maintenance and engineering departments, increased equipment reliability, and significantly reduced maintenance costs (more than 50%). Reported to the Plant Manager.

Responsible for all mechanical maintenance & engineering activities managing 48 employees. Served as the safety officer in addition to the maintenance responsibilities and improved plant safety procedures, increased personnel awareness, and identified/corrected safety hazards. Reported to the Plant Manager.
