• Execute purchasing transactions for Maintenance Repairs and Operations (MRO) and Logistic Services to ensure reliable supply of goods and services • Manage key relationships with suppliers, sourcing managers, requestors and accounts payable for issues resolution and Purchase–to-Pay (P2P) process improvements • Identification of savings potential and price negotiation • Ensure a proper maintenance and an up-to-date vendor master data and E-catalogs

• Securing a smooth and efficient P2P process within BeNeLux countries • Controlling of financial data in ERP systems according to external (SOX) and internal financial requirements • Monitoring of relevant key performance indicators (KPI’s) and quality reports, identification and implementation of improvements in the P2P process • Support of internal and external audits • Communication and coordination within the company and with external suppliers

• Web Reporting & Analysis – ensuring the proper delivery of KPI's through ad hoc business intelligence reporting tool • Generation and submission of weekly and monthly reports related to the main KPI's of an application store • Supplier Management - information on download activity, number of apps sold, controlling of the settlement and conciliation process • Content Management - performance and effectiveness monitoring of the contents in different sections of the application stores

• Detection of sales opportunities through a primary analysis of accumulated data of private clients • Commercial skills training related to customer service and domestic banking • Internal organization of a bank, display of advertisements and their positioning • Communication with central services and coordination with the Kutxabank branch network
