Lead Instructor for Bridge Resource Management (Standard Operating Procedures) and Bridge Resource Management II (Abnormal or Emergency Conditions) courses Instructor for NACOS 1-5 and Platinum (Ship Specific Bridge Equipment), COLREGs. Took part in developing Nautical Watchleader course and Marine Refresher Online course. Coaches new instructors and Line Instructors until they are certified to deliver the course.

Responsible for the oversight and verification of shipboard environmental compliance. Ensuring all officers are in compliance with the company environmental training requirements and training records. Ensuring all waste is at all times managed properly and all waste systems are operational. Monitoring onboard water and energy consumption and recommends efficiencies and improvements.

Second in command of the ship. In charge of: Deck department, Ship’s Safety Systems, Navigation. Responsible for the emergency readiness of equipment and crew. Ensuring compliance with the International Legislation, Company’s procedures, Code of Conduct. Ensuring Environmental compliance Responsible for the Ballast Water management, Integrated Pest Management, VSP and Public Health regulations compliance. ILO compliance Officer, Scheduling Crew Rest Hours and Overtime (Deck Department)

Responsible for inspection and maintenance of the Safety equipment. Responsible for emergency readiness of equipment and crew. Management of Ships Emergency Plan Drill planning and execution. On Scene Commander in Emergency. Investigation of safety related incidents/accidents Tank inspections and maintenance. Ship’s training officer in regards of the Safety, HAZMAT and Environmental compliance on board. Supervisor of bridge operations and water sports activities.

In charge of the Bridge team and navigational watch. Performing inspection and maintenance of Safety equipment, ship’s deck machinery and lifting appliances Assisting Staff Captain in ship’s maintenance. Assisting Safety & Environmental Officer in Safety compliance implementation. Responsible for Paper/digital chart and publication management for multiple region folios, IMO and Flag publications and bulletins, SMS Manuals. Routine inspections/tests of Bridge equipment.
