Responsible for the overall management of the CDG (Country Development Group = Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova) service market, for the business development program and for achieving Partner Sales & Delivery certification in order to achieve the service attach and penetration rate.

responsible to develop profitably grow the HP services sales and delivery through the Channel partners in the European Emerging Markets (Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia & Montenegro, Slovenia and CDG)

To build up Schlumberger’s operation in the given geographical area by bringing the critical mass needed to hire local employees and open local office. To develop in Romania and Bulgaria the following segments: Telecom, Finance, Energy & Utility, Transportation and Public Sector. To find local partners for implementing projects and build strategic long-terms partnerships. To coordinate the partner’s activity towards achieving the common goals.

To participate in tenders and negotiation phases as a process implementation expert and to overtake the overall responsibility for project implementation from contract effective date until customer acceptance and payment.

To provide complex Information Support to the Operations (Sales) Department in terms of reports, analyzes, forecasts & procedures. Also acts as an interface between the Operations (Sales) Department and other departments of the company.
