During an internship in the division of "Digital Insight & Marketing" I get a closer look into an innovative team dealing with cognitive computing and machine learning. During that internship I will be writing my bachelor's thesis for the bank.

- Investigation and evaluation of business processes on a technical and specialist level to automate manual processes. Operating as Business Analyst on the automation of the account closure process. - Creation of an API documentation concept to be used for services across the bank.

Manage and coordinate the activities of specialists, technicians and analysts to ensure that projects are performed successfully, on time and in scope. (Total of five projects) Creation of a dynamic complexity matrix for electronically transmitted requests to the Client Request Management team. Creation of Training documents for requestors & Training and onboarding of a new intern. Creation and programming of an Excel database for tracking, quality improvement & the automated reporting of projects.

- Processing of inquiries by major airlines regarding ticketing and passenger care. - Person in charge of Lufthansa key accounts and the procedure of PAF (pay as you fly) bookings. - Input and processing of statistical data and error logs using database systems (Oracle, Sybase).
