Littelfuse acquired Heinrich Industrie AG in late 2005. The company was delisted from the German stock exchange in 2006. I am responsible for integration of Heinrich Industrie AG into the LF Europe organization. All manufacturing fo the Electronics SBU have been transferred to Greater China and the Phillipines over the period 2006-2007. Additional to that Dongguan Wickmann (a 100% subisdiary) has been closed and the activities were integrated in Dongguan Littelfuse / Ssong Long (acquisition)

Performed an initial audit on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and concluded that webMethods was never going to be certified by PriceWaterhouseCoopers. I was assigned the task to make the EMEA organisation Sarbanes Oxley compliant in a very limited period of time. For that purpose senior finance management was replaced and the organisation was restructured. webMethods passed the final audit within time without any deficiency
