• Active involvement in the acquisition of foreign companies as part of the expansion process of the company. • Draft and review of commercial contracts – Master Franchise Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Supply, Agency, Sale and Purchase Agreements, etc. • Coordination of legal activities of subsidiaries of the company at national and international level. • Corporate transactions at national level: mergers, increases of share capital, appointment of directors and auditors, granting of powers, etc.

• Corporate Law: General legal advice to national companies and drafting of all kind of corporate documents: appointment of directors, granting of powers, increases and decreases of share capital, etc. • Drafting civil and commercial law contracts. • Intellectual Property Law: General advice and issuance of reports.
