Technical Fleet Manager E/Fleet for Asia region - Alstom Thermal Services, Alstom Power Switzerland, since 10/2012. Lead technical authority for E/fleet. Point of contact between Execution Centers and Product Center Engineering, enforcing of Quality standards. Lifecycle product management. Support for standard service to Technical Project Engineers in the decentralized Execution Centers and active role for spgrade service. Support for new plant's handover from EPC to TPE in the EC. MXL2 TFM.

Technical Project Manager E/Fleet, Alstom Power Service, Alstom Power Switzerland, since 4/2009: Leadership for CC power gen service (GT13E2 type). Full plant responsibility for planned inspections, forced outages and upgrades for IP, EDF, PVPS, Shell, Agip.

Commercial Operations Manager CSA. Preparation and negotiation of contractual service agreement proposals for gas turbines and centrifugal compressors up to contract signature.

Coordination of engineering teams from project opening to delivery and beyond. Dealing with customers discussing and negotiating engineering issues in order to meet customer expectations within project time and cost boundaries. Projects for supply of Steam Turbines and Centrifugal/Reciprocating Compressors.
