Worked in the Student Affairs Business Service Center (SABSC) of Boston College for 20 hours per week. Tasks and duties included the following: - Facilitate spending needs of student organizations and department-funded agency accounts - Assist with the supervision of the SABSC undergraduate student assistants - Provide financial support to club treasurers and staff - Handle bookkeeping for over 200 student organizations by tracking all financial activities and reconciliating with club accounts

- Created a change story for a pitch to a manufacturing company as it underwent restructuring - Worked on a communication tracking system for one of the largest food and feed ingredient manufacturers to measure and enhance internal communication - Prepared a process optimization conference room simulation - Worked on internal projects

Work on 3 major projects included: 1. Emergency Notification System (ENS) Project - Implementing the ENS system Send Word Now - Send out test and real alerts to more than 3,000 employees 2. Special Markets Project - Assist on the launch of a new sales website for special markets - Create formulas in Excel to tailor products for an automatic identification system 3. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Project - Implementing the onboarding module of the Peoplenet - Testing the production version
