Sorting and distribution of mail, dealing with internal and external couriers, translating trade related documents, ensuring necessary office supplies, answering the telephone, taking messages and dealing with enquiries, photocopying and faxing, arranging meetings and travelling, managing the timetable of the Executive Director, keeping contacts with Authorities and the bookkeeping companies, working directly with the legal advisers, basic bookkeeping activities, human resource assistance.
